Barbara Sauer, RN

Barbara Sauer, RN earned a Bachelor’s in Science in Nursing at the University of Virginia in 1994 after previously earning a Bachelor’s in Science in Animal Science from Purdue University in 1980.   A native of Indiana, she, her husband and two children moved to Virginia in 1989.  Barb worked as a pediatric nurse at UVA for 12+ years before making the transition to Reproductive Medicine.   Outside of work, Barb enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, running, reading, church activities, baking and being the #1 fan of Virginia Rowing.   She truly enjoys the patients and “team” that make Virginia Fertility & IVF such a wonderful place to work.
