Single Cycle Option
The package price for a single frozen egg donor cycle is $5900.
This program includes: monitoring visits (ultrasound and blood testing) for the recipient; physician fees for monitoring visits, embryo transfer; IVF Lab fees for egg culture, ICSI fertilization, and embryo transfer.
This program excludes: fees paid to the cryobank; shipping fees; administrative fees to receive the eggs; egg storage fees; embryo cryopreservation and storage; medications; pre-IVF tests (screening to get you ready for starting IVF- often covered by your insurance company if you have coverage for diagnostic testing); preimplantation genetic testing (genetic testing of the embryos); pregnancy or complications of IVF but in almost all cases these services would be covered by your healthcare insurance company.
This program includes: advertising for screening, matching and compensation for the donor; stimulation visits (ultrasound and blood testing) for monitoring for the donor and recipient; physician fees for monitoring visits, egg retrieval, and embryo transfer; IVF Lab fees for egg culture, fertilization, and embryo transfer; and anesthesia fees for the egg retrieval.
This program excludes: ICSI; donor insurance; embryo cryopreservation and storage; medications; pre-IVF tests (screening to get you ready for starting IVF- often covered by your insurance company if you have coverage for diagnostic testing); procedures to obtain sperm for the male partner or donor sperm; preimplantation genetic testing (genetic testing of the embryos); pregnancy or complications of IVF but in almost all cases these services would be covered by your healthcare insurance company.
