We offer several different IVF Financial Options for our patients to best suit their individual needs.
Single Cycle In Vitro Fertilization Options
SINGLE FRESH IVF CYCLE with Embryo Transfer
You may elect to do an IVF cycle with a fresh transfer. The package price of $9,000 includes: all ultrasounds during ovarian stimulation and blood tests done to monitor the egg stimulation, surgeon egg retrieval fees, laboratory charges for sperm preparation on the day of egg retrieval (dish fertilization), egg search, embryo culture, assisted hatching and embryo transfer. ICSI and PGT fees are additional if needed. Anesthesia fees and medications are not included.
EGG RETRIEVAL CYCLE with freeze all
We have created a financial structure with our primary mission being transparency. We want you to have options and not be locked into any one particular program or package and then not have flexibility if the outcome is not what you had expected. We have created a structure where you can pay for one retrieval at a time, including discounted rates for subsequent retrievals and then move on to embryo transfers when you are happy with the number of embryos you have in storage. We encourage you to compare our discounted cycle structure with other centers often more expensive multicycle packages.
EGG RETRIEVAL CYCLE #1: $7,500
EGG RETRIEVAL CYCLE #2: $6,500
EGG RETRIEVAL CYCLE #3+: $5,500 (and subsequent retrievals)
The price of an egg retrieval includes: all ultrasounds during ovarian stimulation and blood tests done to monitor the egg stimulation, physician egg retrieval fees, laboratory charges for sperm preparation on the day of egg retrieval (dish fertilization), egg search, embryo culture, assisted hatching, embryo cryopreservation, and three months of storage fees. ICSI and PGT fees are additional if needed. The discounted retrieval prices expire one year after your initial baseline appointment.
The retrieval excludes: medications; anesthesia fee for the IVF egg retrievals; pre-IVF tests (screening to get you ready for starting IVF- often covered by your insurance company if you have coverage for diagnostic testing); surgical procedures to obtain sperm for the male partner if needed or donor sperm; preimplantation genetic testing (including embryo biopsy done by our lab and PGT-A testing of the embryos done by the genetic testing company); pregnancy or complications of IVF, but in almost all cases pregnancy or complications of IVF would be covered by your healthcare insurance company.
FROZEN EMBRYO TRANSFER CYCLES (FET)
A programmed frozen embryo transfer is $4,250 and includes: 1-2 blood tests, 1-2 ultrasounds to measure endometrial thickness prior to the transfer, thaw, preparation for transfer and the actual transfer. Medications are not included and average about $700-$1000 from most pharmacies.
A natural cycle frozen embryo transfer is $4,700 and includes: 4-8 blood tests prior and 4-8 ultrasounds to measure endometrial thickness prior to the transfer, thaw, preparation for transfer and the actual transfer. Medications are not included but are less than for a programmed cycle, averaging about $500 from most pharmacies.
