We offer several different IVF Financial Options for our patients to best suit their individual needs.

Single Cycle In Vitro Fertilization Options

SINGLE FRESH IVF CYCLE

You may elect to do an IVF cycle with a fresh transfer.  The package price of $9,000 includes:  all ultrasounds during ovarian stimulation and blood tests done to monitor the egg stimulation, surgeon egg retrieval fees, laboratory charges for sperm preparation on the day of egg retrieval (dish fertilization), egg search, embryo culture, assisted hatching and embryo transfer.  ICSI and PGT fees are additional if needed.  Anesthesia fees and medications are not included.

IVF FREEZE ALL CYCLE

You may elect to do an IVF cycle with the goal of freezing embryos due to our high success rates with frozen embryos.  The package price covers one egg retrieval and one frozen transfer. This package price is $10,900 and includes: all ultrasounds during ovarian stimulation and blood tests done to monitor the egg stimulation, surgeon egg retrieval fees, laboratory charges for sperm preparation on the day of egg retrieval (dish fertilization), egg search, embryo culture, assisted hatching, embryo cryopreservation, one quarter of storage fees, plus one frozen embryo transfer cycle.  ICSI and PGT fees are additional if needed.  If more frozen embryo transfer cycles are necessary, the additional fee is $4,200 per transfer.  Anesthesia fees and medications are not included.

FROZEN EMBRYO TRANSFER CYCLE (FET)

If you have embryos that met criteria for cryopreservation, your next cycle could be significantly less expensive than the fresh or freeze all cycle.  These embryos are available to use right away if you do not become pregnant from your fresh or freeze all cycle or for you to use down the road when you are ready to expand your family further, as long as you have maintained your storage payments.  An FET package is $4,200 and includes: blood tests prior to the transfer, ultrasound to measure endometrial thickness, thaw, preparation for transfer and the actual transfer.  Natural cycle frozen embryo transfers and donor frozen embryo transfer packages are different.  See the Practice Manager for these fees.  Medications are not included.

IVF Success or Refund Program to Share the Financial Risk of IVF

As successful as IVF has become there is still a significant proportion of couples who will not deliver a baby regardless of how many times IVF is attempted.  This is where a refund program offers additional reassurance. We are pleased and excited to be able to offer such a program!

The idea is if you elect to participate (and are accepted) in the IVF Success or Refund Program you pay more than you would for a single cycle but you are guaranteed to have 6 completed IVF treatments for that one price and if you are not successful after the 6^th attempt then your money is refunded 100%.  We define success the same way you do – bringing home a baby.

The vast majority of the couples in our practice would be eligible to participate in the Program. If you are 39 years old or older (unless you are using donor eggs) you will not be eligible. In fact, we need to determine that if you are 38 years old that there is reasonable time before your 39^th birthday to complete 6 IVF treatment cycles and any frozen embryo transfer cycles that may occur in-between.  The decision of our committee takes into consideration many aspects including, but not limited to, age, diagnosis of infertility, sperm quality, follicle stimulating hormone and estradiol levels, social habits of both partners- such as smoking, alcohol and caffeine use, exercise level, presence of a hydrosalpinx (blocked Fallopian tube) or ovarian cyst(s), ultrasound measurements of the ovaries, total number of ovarian antral follicles, previous response to medication(s) to stimulate the ovaries, body mass index, and many other issues that have been shown to relate to IVF success.

This program includes: stimulation visits (ultrasound and blood testing) for monitoring; physician fees for monitoring visits, egg retrieval, and embryo transfer; IVF Lab fees for egg culture, fertilization, assisted hatching and embryo transfer; and embryo cryopreservation by vitrification and the first quarter of storage.

This program excludes:  medications; anesthesia fee for the IVF egg retrievals; pre-IVF tests (screening to get you ready for starting IVF- often covered by your insurance company if you have coverage for diagnostic testing); procedures to obtain sperm for the male partner or donor sperm; preimplantation genetic test (genetic testing of the embryos); pregnancy or complications of IVF, but in almost all cases these services would be covered by your healthcare insurance company.

2 Retrievals + Unlimited Frozen Cycles IVF Package

We offer another discounted option for IVF which includes a package of 2 IVF cycles + unlimited frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles based on the number of embryos you have frozen after an egg retrieval. When you participate in this program, we discount the cost of these treatment cycles by approximately 1/3 compared to what you would pay if you purchased them separately (and completed at least 2 egg retrievals and 2 frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles). Our goal is to provide you the most treatments as affordably as possible.

This Program is designed for patients whose doctor recommends IVF treatment using their own eggs and who do not have insurance coverage.  Anyone meeting these 2 criteria is eligible for the 2 Retrievals + Unlimited Frozen Cycles IVF Package program regardless of age.

This program includes: stimulation visits (ultrasound and blood testing) for monitoring; physician fees for monitoring visits, egg retrieval, and embryo transfer; IVF Lab fees for egg culture, fertilization, assisted hatching, and embryo transfer; and embryo cryopreservation by vitrification and the first quarter of storage.

This program excludes:  medications; anesthesia fee for the IVF egg retrievals; pre-IVF tests (screening to get you ready for starting IVF- often covered by your insurance company if you have coverage for diagnostic testing); procedures to obtain sperm for the male partner or donor sperm; preimplantation genetic testing (genetic testing of the embryos); pregnancy or complications of IVF, but in almost all cases these services would be covered by your healthcare insurance company.

3 IVF Egg Retrievals for Embryo Banking + PGT-A + Unlimited Frozen-Thawed Embryo Transfers

We offer a discounted embryo banking option for IVF which includes a package of 3 IVF egg retrieval cycles + PGT-A (pre-implantation genetic testing screening for aneuploidy) + unlimited frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles based on the number PGT-A genetically suitable of embryos you have frozen after all three retrievals. When you choose the “3 IVF Egg Retrievals for Embryo Banking + PGT-A + Unlimited Frozen-Thawed Embryo Transfers Package” we discount the cost of these treatment cycles by approximately 1/3 compared to what you would pay if you purchased them separately (and completed at least 3 IVF egg retrievals and 3 frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles). Our goal is to provide you the most treatments with the highest quality as affordably as possible. There are certain criteria that need to be met to participate in this program.

This program includes: stimulation visits (ultrasound and blood testing) for monitoring; physician fees for monitoring visits, egg retrieval, and embryo transfer; IVF Lab fees for egg culture, fertilization, assisted hatching, PGT-A and embryo transfer; embryo cryopreservation by vitrification; one year of annual embryo storage.

This program excludes:  medications; anesthesia fee for the IVF egg retrievals; pre-IVF tests (screening to get you ready for starting IVF- often covered by your insurance company if you have coverage for diagnostic testing); procedures to obtain sperm for the male partner or donor sperm; outside lab fees for preimplantation genetic testing (genetic testing of the embryos); pregnancy or complications of IVF, but in almost all cases these services would be covered by your healthcare insurance company.

2 Retrievals with Embryo Banking + 1 Embryo Transfer Package

We offer another discounted option for IVF which includes a package of 2 IVF cycles with embryo banking + 1 embryo transfer cycle. When you participate in this program, we discount the cost of these treatment cycles by approximately 20%-25% compared to what you would pay if you purchased them separately (and completed at least 2 egg retrievals and 1 embryo transfer cycles). This program is intended for couples who desire to bank extra embryos and intend to undergo an embryo transfer within a year. Our goal is to provide you the most treatments as affordably as possible.

This program is designed for patients whose doctor recommends IVF treatment using their own eggs, do not have insurance coverage and know they want to bank embryos for future use. Anyone meeting these criteria is eligible for the 2 Retrievals with Embryo Banking + 1 Embryo Transfer Package regardless of age.

This program includes: stimulation visits (ultrasound and blood testing) for monitoring; physician fees for monitoring visits, egg retrieval, and embryo transfer; IVF Lab fees for egg culture, fertilization, assisted hatching, and embryo transfer; and embryo cryopreservation by vitrification and the year of storage.

This program excludes:  medications; anesthesia fee for the IVF egg retrievals; pre-IVF tests (screening to get you ready for starting IVF- often covered by your insurance company if you have coverage for diagnostic testing); procedures to obtain sperm for the male partner or donor sperm; preimplantation genetic testing (genetic testing of the embryos); pregnancy or complications of IVF, but in almost all cases these services would be covered by your healthcare insurance company.

Reciprocal IVF

FRESH TRANSFER RECIPROCAL CYCLE

You may elect to do a reciprocal IVF cycle with a fresh transfer.  The package price of $12,000 includes: all ultrasounds during ovarian stimulation and blood tests done to monitor the egg stimulation, surgeon egg retrieval fees, laboratory charges for sperm preparation on the day of egg retrieval (intracytoplasmic sperm injection fertilization), egg search, embryo culture, assisted hatching, prep for transfer, and embryo transfer.

IVF RECIPROCAL FREEZE-ALL CYCLE

You may elect to do a reciprocal IVF cycle with the goal of freezing embryos due to our high success rates with frozen embryos. The package includes a single ovarian stimulation, one egg retrieval, and one frozen embryo transfer.  This package price is $14,100 and includes: all ultrasounds during ovarian stimulation and blood tests done to monitor the egg stimulation, surgeon egg retrieval fees, laboratory charges for sperm preparation on the day of egg retrieval (intracytoplasmic sperm injection fertilization), egg search, embryo culture, assisted hatching, embryo cryopreservation, one quarter of storage fees, plus one frozen embryo transfer cycle.  It is a suitable option for all patients regardless of age or ovarian reserve.  The Freeze All approach to IVF has become the worldwide standard of care.  It shows a higher pregnancy rate than fresh transfer in most patients.
